Brian Gates

Deb has worked for the Brian Gates State Farm office since February 2001. She says the favorite part of her job is being able to work with people. Deb has been married to her husband for almost 35 years and has a son. Her favorite holidays are both Christmas and Thanksgiving because of the time she gets to spend with her family. For fun she enjoys trips to the lake and spending time with family and friends.

Pam has worked for the Brian Gates State Farm office since April 2004. Pam says the favorite part of her job is meeting new people and developing friendships. She enjoys listening to classic rock and top 40 music. Pam’s favorite holiday is Labor Day because it kicks off the fall season. She loves to cheer on her favorite Ohio football teams and visiting casinos. Her mom and brother are both very special people in her life!

Bill has worked for the Brian Gates State Farm office since June of 2018. For fun, Bill enjoys woodworking, and his favorite genre of music is worship. Bill describes his family as being so small they could have their reunion in a telephone booth! Bill enjoys cheering on the Cowboys and a fun fact about Bill is he earned his Pilot’s license at age 17.

Allena joined our team this past summer taking on the role of our newest personal account representative. She finds fulfillment in assisting individuals with their insurance needs and enjoys working in an office setting. When she is not helping our State Farm customers with their insurance needs, she loves outdoor activities with friends and family including fishing, camping, and hiking; good chicken tenders; country music; and cheering on her favorite Ohio sports teams.

We are excited to welcome Chelsi back to the Gates State Farm Insurance Agency! She has been in the insurance industry since 2015 and enjoys helping customers review their current coverages, gaps of coverage and providing for their families for years to come. Chelsi and her husband have a son and daughter who keep them busy! They enjoy being outside during the nice weather, and they are in the pool if there is sunshine. Her family also enjoys day trips to the beach or Cedar Point. During the cold months, you can find them cuddled up inside with their favorite snack - popcorn! Chelsi's family is very involved with their church and loves worship music!

Makenzi is excited to embark on her property and casualty licensing coursework and is looking forward to working with our amazing customers. Her musical taste leans towards country and worship; and the joy of decorating, seeing Christmas lights, and holiday baking are just a few of the reasons Christmas is her favorite holiday. Makenzi is the youngest child in her family, and she has an older sister who lives in Madison, WI. She enjoys spending time with her parents and has a spunky golden retriever, Winnie. In her spare time, Makenzi loves cooking, getting coffee with friends, and attending shows at the Renaissance Theatre. Her favorite restaurants are El Campestre and Wokano. Makenzi is a 2023 graduate of The Ohio State University, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and graduated from Ontario High School.
